BLOODSTONE MALA NECKLACE

€145.00

The Bloodstone Mala draws from the traditional form of the mala, translated into the visual language of SKELETON by Auria Nurm.

Bloodstone is a stone with a distinctly powerful character. Traditionally known as Heliotrope, it has been valued across cultures for centuries and carries a long history of symbolic associations with courage, protection, vitality, strength, and the ability to move forward.

In energetic traditions, Bloodstone is associated with the purification of heavy or stagnant energy and with the restoration of inner willpower. Rather than creating softness or withdrawal, its symbolism is connected to movement: finding the strength to leave behind what no longer serves you, to overcome fear, and to return to a more authentic direction.

Bloodstone is often associated with courage and protection, but its deeper meaning lies in the relationship between these qualities. Protection is not only about keeping something away. It is also about becoming conscious of what you stand for, what you choose to carry, and what you are no longer willing to give your energy to.

Historically, Bloodstone has carried protective and spiritual symbolism across different cultures. It has been regarded as a stone of warriors and protection, while later traditions connected it with courage, manifestation, and the ability to move through adversity.

The necklace is unisex, created to be worn by both men and women. Its construction allows the mala to be adjusted to three different lengths, changing the proportion, placement, and character of the piece. It can be worn higher around the neck, at the classic mala length, or as a longer, more freely falling silhouette.

After completion, each Bloodstone Mala receives a Reiki blessing from Auria Nurm. Auria Nurm is a certified Reiki Master in the Japanese Usui lineage, and the Reiki ritual forms part of the final stage of the object's creation.

It is the moment when a conscious intention is placed into the completed object before it begins its journey to its next wearer.
